Our practice nurse offers travel advice and vaccinations, initially a telephone consultation is booked and a travel questionnaire will be sent to you. During your consultation the nurse will go through your travel questionnaire and will discuss your requirements. The nurse will advise you of the vaccinations required and also the cost. The nurse will then arrange a time for you to come into the surgery to have your vaccinations.
We ask you to make contact with us regarding travel vaccines at least 6 weeks before your departure date to allow sufficient time for vaccination. If we are unable to see you we advice you to go to a travel clinic
Please note that we are unable to offer all travel vaccines, and in these instances you will need to go to a travel clinic.
