Reasonable Adjustments – What does this mean for me?
Are you aware of the ‘Reasonable Adjustments’ requirement under the Equality Act 2010?
Patients with physical or learning disabilities, sensory impairments, dementia, autism or other neurodiverse conditions may not realise that they can request additional support when visiting the practice or any other healthcare organisation.
